We are looking for a Terminal and Warehouse Manager who will join our Dry Port Operations division. 

Our Dry Port operations team is the core division for our company, as we must provide our customers with peace of mind while we handle their cargo. Working as a Terminal and Warehouse Manager, you will lead a complex terminal operation with a focus on safety, administration, maintenance, machinery performance, productivity and working hands in all aspects of the yard/depot. Additionally, you will provide strong leadership for employees, systems, and safety practices. • Responsible for planning, administering and reviewing the operations on a port terminal in order to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards.

• Lead, develop and implement strategic and operational planning for a port terminal facility

• Monitor computerized automation system, to ensure that all equipment is operational, and production levels are met and maintained in accordance with goals and objectives

• Oversee coordination and distribution of all products to maximize efficiency of port terminal space

• Provides keeping of loading/discharging places, track parking places

• The Yard Manager is obliged to keep material values and protect them from damage or loss, provides registration of movement (accept, release) of the material values and   presents to accounting department proper documents in time.

• Familiar with ICD operation, Yard Management, Safety Operation Procedure and vehicles safety and maintenance

• Able to handle the whole operating process and manage the team members

• Coordinate with all operations department activities (i.e., railway operations, maintenance, personnel, and transportation)

• Ensure operating expenses are consistent with the facility’s budgetary and fiscal performance goals

• Manage perpetual yard inventory on a daily basis

• Driving licenses is necessary

• Proven knowledge of Georgian and English Languages.

• Proven knowledge of in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP systems

• Working understanding of operations, transportation, and pricing

• Solid supervisory skills, strong interpersonal skills, and basic math skills

• Proven knowledge of Georgian and English languages

• Good personality and communication skill

• Any Graduate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICD management field
