About position

Unloading or loading cargo from trucks, containers, and/or railcars using appropriate equipment.
Moving cargo to designated areas.
Preparing and packaging cargo for dispatch.
Physically counting cargo during receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
Verifying cargo both documentarily and physically; reporting any discrepancies and/or damages.
Updating inventory records based on supervisor instructions.
Inspecting cargo upon receipt and dispatch in accordance with internal standards.
Checking the integrity and accuracy of packaging, labeling, and sealing.
Reporting damaged or non-compliant cargo to the supervisor.
Maintaining cleanliness and order within the warehouse area.
Storing cargo in a way that optimizes space usage and complies with safety regulations.
Promptly reporting suspected hazards to the warehouse manager and operations supervisor.
Complying with labor and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Adhering to customs and dry port administrative requirements when handling cargo.
Following occupational safety rules in case of emergencies.
Participating in the preparation of transport waybills and other transport documentation.
Ensuring accurate labeling of cargo and storage locations.
Participating in the preparation of documentation to keep records updated and ready for audit.
Compliance with Safety Regulations:
Participates in workplace risk assessment processes
Follows safety rules and uses personal protective equipment (PPE)
Regularly inspects equipment and the work environment
Responds promptly to incidents or safety violations and informs the relevant department
Contributes to the development of a workplace safety culture

Secondary education.
Ability to communicate and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
Strong team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
