• Prepare all necessary documentation for containers scheduled to be opened.

• Verify the seal number and container number before cutting the seal.

• Oversee the container unloading process to ensure that two containers are not unloaded simultaneously. The second container’s unloading should begin only after the first one is completely finished.

• During unloading, provide clear and accurate instructions to the team to avoid delays and create a safe working environment.

• Check the VIN codes of the unloaded vehicles, compare them with the documents, and ensure their accuracy.

• Inspect the vehicle's condition and document it with photos. Any damages must match the ones listed in the submitted documentation.

• Together with the forwarder (receiver), complete the handover form, mark any damages, ensure that the date matches the actual container unloading date, and have both parties sign the form.

• After inspection and assessment, place the printed and completed inspection documents inside the vehicle. Also place the assigned transit number plates inside the vehicle.
  

• Responsible for preventing the loss, removal, or damage of any cargo or accessories found inside the vehicle and listed in the inspection form.
  

• Inspect all vehicles and, in case cargo is discovered, ensure it is documented and that the vehicle is transferred to the special inspection area.

• In case of any uncertainty or additional issues, contact the supervisor without delay.
