Key Responsibilities
Plan inbound and outbound cargo flows via road and rail transport
Organize and coordinate terminal cargo operations efficiently
Manage cargo placement and movement within the terminal
Record all operations in the Terminal Operating System (TOS)
Inspect container and seal conditions during receiving and dispatch
Verify the compliance of outgoing cargo/containers with actual loaded freight
Prepare incident and accident reports and ensure preventive control in line with safety procedures and work instructions
Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations, internal rules, and legal requirements
Immediately inform management in case of damaged containers or seals and ensure proper documentation

Higher or vocational education
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience working with operational systems
Knowledge of customs procedures and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Georgian and English (both written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail (containers, seals, documentation)
Problem-solving under pressure
Incident analysis and reporting
