• Protect the facility and maintain order

• Knowledge of handling fire-hazardous equipment and compliance with safety regulations

• Careful and proper handling of all equipment

• Compliance with legally established rules while on duty

• Control and monitor access of unauthorized individuals to the facility

• Strictly following the instructions provided by the shift supervisor

• Ensure the PPE and all necessary equipment/assets provided by the company are in proper condition

• Respond promptly when necessary and inform the shift supervisor about all issues

• In case of lost or found items on the premises, inform the shift supervisor and store the items in accordance with regulations

• A high school diploma

• Ability to stand for long periods, patrol, and, in some cases, physically intervene.

• Strong communication, situational awareness, and the ability to act professionally under pressure.

• Prior experience in security is required.

• High attention to detail for monitoring environments and detecting threats.

• Ability to de-escalate, manage difficult situations, and maintain calm.

• Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV) and report writing.

• Politeness when dealing with the public, while maintaining firm security protocols
