• The vehicle unloading supervisor is responsible for properly coordinating with all individuals involved in the vehicle unloading and release process.

• Receiving/recording transit numbers from customs.

•  Maintain direct communication with freight forwarders, receivers, customs, and all related parties. During the vehicle unloading process, ensure that representatives of the designated receiver are present.

• Pay attention to and ensure that the work area is orderly, equipment is in proper working condition, and personnel involved in unloading vehicles are following instructions and working efficiently.

• Maintain close communication with all employees participating in the vehicle unloading process.

• If any unauthorized individual is present in the area, immediately coordinate with them and inform the security service.

• Responsible for inspecting the cargo inside the vehicle together with customs officers, storing it in the warehouse, preparing the necessary documentation, and physically labeling the cargo.

• Record and monitor all cargo stored or released through the Terminal Operating System (TOS).

• Knowledge of customs procedures and legal requirements

• Proficiency in Georgian and English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work in a team

• Organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Experience working with operational systems
